Cross Cultural Training
Cross Cultural Awareness is understanding and knowing a variety of other cultures and being more aware of the many forms of cultures that exist in society. Cross Cultural Awareness Training supports in being more prepared to operate in a cross-cultural environment.
Community Capacity Building
Community Capacity Buildings means to empower and let the community take ownership and responsibility of the project or program. It means that you should know and have an understanding of the community.
Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP)
Everyone is responsible to ensure reconciliation. A Reconciliation Action Plan is a strategic plan that allows the organisation to improve relationships, show respect and increase opportunities.
Mental Health
Mental health first aid provides practical strategies and are taught in evidence-based training courses authorized by Mental Health First Aid (Australia), and delivered by accredited Mental Health First Aid Trainers/Facilitators throughout Australia.
